Plymouth City Leyland Atlanteans
This was a typical site at Milehouse depot outside peak periods. Long lines of parked up Atlanteans seen around 1980. This line is mostly Park Royal bodied examples with the peaked roof domes and in the "added cream" livery. Next to the first example is an MCW "Mancunian" style and the sixth Park Royal Atlantean is in the then new, but short lived, maroon and cream livery.

Then there are Roe bodied 131 (STK131T), seen in an advertising livery for Phoenix Assurance, and 120 (OCO120S) and probably the unidentified identically liveried bus alongside.

Plymouth City Leyland Atlantean PDR MCW 203, 209, 214 & AN68 Roe 98
A quartet of Atlaneans at Milehouse. From left to right we have 203 (DDR203D), one of the last batch of old style MCW bodies in the maroon livery, matching it is MCW Mancunian 209 (FJY909E), then sister bus 214 (FJY914E) in its original colours. Finally we have Roe bodied AN68 98 (LTK98R) advertising Plymouth Sound Radio and for some reason christened the Earl of Morley with no obvious connection to the radio station.

Plymouth Citybus Leyland Atlantean Northern Counties 172
This secondhand Northern Counties bodied Atlantean, 172 (SND468X) came from GM Buses in Manchester where it was 8468. As a contract vehicle the deep blue livery is likely designed to distinguish it from servce buses.
