Two weeks ago we had an ex Anglian Optare Spectra on Auckland tours, this week an ex Lothian Volvo Olympian with Alexander Royale body is seen on the Blue Mountains City Sightseeing tour west of Sydney. Thanks to Nidhi Sharma for the photo. The bus is one of four which replaced ex Sheffield Leyland Atlanteans, one of which appeared at SHOWBUS last year. It still carries its Edinburgh fleet number, 251, but has been reregistered TV6559 by its new owners, Golden West Holdings of Katoomba. It is expected to be repainted in a new livery loosing the City Sightseeing branding as has happened with the Sydney tour, which appears to be an issue with the new Spanish owners of City Sightseeing.
