As we get ready to update the Anglian gallery, a dip into our slides from the pre-digital era found this rarity from the Charles Cook fleet from Biggleswade. It is RBM426M, one of only nine Portuguese UTIC built coaches imported to the UK based on AEC running units, hence the AEC badge on the front. The coaches were sold through the Moseely dealership and marketed as Moseley Continentals. The image is from the late seventies as the coach was sold on to Brown of Warboys in 1980 and the Red Rover/Keith Coaches vehicle on the left was undoubtedly being driven by yours truly and I did not pass my PSV test until Septmebr 1977.
