No fewer than 21 BCI Citiriders joined the Red Bus fleet. The first arrived in 2020 and the bulk in 2022, no doubt deliveries were interrupted by COVID, This is 103 (9728MO) seen near Bateau Bay in April 2023.

Whilst the bulk of the BCI fleet was numbered consecutively between 97 and 107, some, like 48 (9736MO), filled gaps in the numbering sequence. This coincedentally put 48 on route 48!
