 In a reproduction of the livery used in wartime is 2356 (2356ST), another CB80 bodied B7RLE seen at Balmoral Beach in January. Across the road is CB60 Evo II bodied B12BLE 4931 (MO4931).

  Volvo 2356 may be in camouflage but the best hidden anniversary livery bus was Scania K280UB 2599 which evaded both my camera and Nidhi's the whole year - and Nidhi lives in the city. The anniverary liveried buses were traceable on transport apps, but not individually identified so you never knew which one was heading your way if you found one was due at your stop. Scania 2599 was moved to Randwick before Transit Systems took a chunk of State Transit half way through the year. Nidhi lives in the new Transit Systems area and I usually stay within walking distance of Randwick depot, but despite some hours outside the depot 2559 failed to put in an appearance. One day I noted all of 2554 through to 2560, but no 2599.
