 A few Mercedes semi-coaches in the Sydney Buses fleet were in fleet livery as apposed to Airport Express yellow and green or Sydney Explorer red. PMC 160 bodied Mercedes O405 3390 (MO3390) is seen at Kingsford Smith international airport on layover away from the terminal buildings. It has temporary stickers on the bodywork for Airport Express duties. |

The Airport Express and Explorer buses, displaced by the Airport Rail-link and City Sightseeing respectively, were repainted and put into general use on city services, despite some having single door bodies. This one is seen in the city centre over Christmas 2007.

 Working its way round Tamarama Beach on route 362 to Coogee in February 2013 was former Airport Express 3383 (MO3383) which was converted to dual door in late 2011. |

 Another Airport Express, 3384 (MO3384), converted to dual door is seen in late December 2007. The bus was sold, along with 3385 (MO3385) to ICharter of St Marys in June 2017. |
