 Back in May 2017 Transdev was still contracted on the former Smartbus routes, like the 901, as well as operating Ventura's National Bus routes. Here it meets Ventura at Dandenong Station as its Volgren Optimus bodied Scania K310UB 380125 (6674AO), is seen with Volgren CR221L bodied Volvo B12BLE 313 (2405AO) since sold to Port Stephens Coaches as MO9432.
