 Coast Mountain Bus once had a large fleet of MCI Classics - a legacy from BC Transit in red and white. In 2004 few were left, but North Vancouver based N4191 was still going strong having gained the new Coast Mountain Bus livery. |
 Another survivor in 2007 was T5508, a GMC New Look Fishbowl with a new lease of life as a driver trainer. Painted in a driver recruitment livery the bus is parked in the Vancouver Transit Centre |
 This six-axle high performance tram was built in 1970 as a prototype LRT car for the German city of Hannover by Siemens/Düwag. After running until 1975 in Edmonton, it was acquired by the BC Government as a demonstration car for a proposed light rail system for Vancouver. However, the "Sky Train" alternative was chosen and the tram sat unused on its shipping cradle for almost twelve years. It was purchased by the Edmonton Radial Railway Society in late 1987, it arrived in early 1988 and ran under power briefly at Fort Edmonton Park in 1989. It was stored for years on LRT tracks after being repainted and overhauled electrically and mechanically. The car is in virtually "as new" condition and entered service on the High Level Bridge line in Edmonton 2005. Because of its modern design and large passenger capacity it is mainly used as a back-up car during busy periods.
