 The same bus heading the other way. The Stagecoach standard was intended originally for the Glasgow operation but entered service with Ribble. It found its way into the Blazefield fleets through their acquisition of Ribble's operations near Manchester, then south to Sovereign and then into Arriva the Shires with the Blazefield southern operations. |

 On a lovely July day in 2022 one of Shires' new MCV EvoRa bodied Volvo B8RLE buses from Luton was on display at the Alton Rally, 3968 (LF71DLE), alongside preserved Wilts & Dorset Optare Solo 2688 (X688XJT).
