Local operator, Golden Boy Coaches, has an impressive modern fleet in this distinctive black livery and ranging between these two sizes. Master Griffin, OO08BOY, is a Van Hool bodied Volvo B12B, but the little Mercedes O515 (Master Percelli, UU57BOY) is an Optare bodied product. Optare market the Spanish Ferqui designs under the Optare brand in the UK.

Three Star Coaches of Luton made an impressive display with a variety of vehicles from their fleet ranging from the Ayats Bravo doubledecker, complete with luggage trailer (JHZ4875) to the Plaxton Cheetah bodied Mercedes, YP07OPM. The two standard sized coaches are a Scania with Berkhof body (YN55NFT) and a Mercedes Tourismo (BX07NLK).

Joining the Hull buses was this new Volvo B9TL with Wright Eclipse Gemini body of East Yorkshire Motor Services seen arriving at Showbus with appropriate destination display. EYMS 743 (YX08FXE) joined two former fleet members, an Olympian now with Stephensons of Essex, just visible with the Hull City buses and a preserved NBC liveried Leyland National.
