 From earlier days ECW bodied Bristol VRTSL3 DVG285 (MDM285P) still sports a plain white double N NBC logo.

 An interesting trio of Bristol/ECW buses at a rally in the eighties. Nearest the camera is Crosville Lodekka FLF6B DFB111 (144YFM). In the middle is one of Cardiff Bus' VRTSL6G models and on the end is one of the two Cheltenham District highbridge KSW6G buses which amaxingly got painted into NBC poppy red. It is either 8560 or 8561 (UHY374/5).

 Acquired with its share of North Western was a number of their Park Royal bodied AEC Renowns. Numbered DAA510 (VDB975) by Crosville the bus was new in red and cream as 975. The bus is seen outside the Queens Hotel in Chester.
