In the eighties Hills was also a contractor to Globus Gateway and many of their beloved Tigers were painted in their colours as on this Plaxton Paramount 3500 example seen in a yard in the valleys at the time.

Hills also operated bus services and this 1960 Burlingham bodied Leyland Leopard L1 has been preserved. It is seen at Merthyr Tydfil for the road run which on the Saturday preceeded the Cardiff Bus Centenary Rally on the Sunday in July 2002. |
