 Four days later 871 was seen back at work on an A40 in Belmont Road, Uxbridge.
|
 At the beginning of June 2018 the prestigious pioneering A40 route, a bold move for a then small independent operator ceased to be as such, its route number no longer matching the highway it ran along. It became numbered 101 or 102 in the "Chiltern Hundreds" series covering Carousel's routes west of Wycombe. Here is 876 (BD09ZRC) in High Wycombe Bus Station about to depart on the last A40.
