 This April 2022 view of the "buses only" exit into Castle Street shows how a lot of motorists think the No Entry sign does not apply to them. Since then new signage warning motorists cameras have been installed has dramatically reduced the number of offenders, which hithero could be in double figures hourly, however home delivery scooters, often in L-plates still think they are exempt from the law. Citaro 876 (the last A40) is following Sprinter 45 975 (BU18YRS), a former Oxford "Pickm e Up" transferred for a Wycombe contract, whilst an Arriva VDL waits for the street to clear so it can access Frogmoor.

 The red Citaro seen earlier labelled Thames Travel, 869, is seen in Castle Street in September 2023. Judging by the state of its livery, it was probably due for imminent withdrawal.

 A seondhand fleet of newer Citaros was sourced from National Express subsidiary, Stewarts of Reading. They used Citaros on the contract they had with Slough Trading Estate for services connecting the Estate from Slough Station and along the Bath Road. Seen in Castle Street in May 2020 is 891 (BF62JZP) doing an all too frequent battle with cars parked illegally on the bus stop outside Pizza Hut. The new Citaros all sported a dedicated livery for "the one" route linking Wycombe with Amersham and Chesham and hourly across to Hemel Hempstead. In August 2025 the Hemel link was made half hourly. The Hemel journeys are invariably worked by doubledeckers, usually Enviro400 bodied Scanias.
