 By 2005 Motts had moved into their new Stocklake premises. The main vehicle parking area is off to the right and the office block behind on the left. A Yellow Bus MCW Metrobus can be seen parked in the bus wash area to the left of the workshops.

 The workshops are fully equipped to maintain the fleet of sixty or so, but also undertakes works for other operators including roller brake testing, air conditioning maintenance, etc.
