The Versa-inspired styling on the Solo SR has not had a huge take-up. Arriva Kent & Sussex 1502 (YJ58CEA) is one of several in its fleet.

The Optare Versa itself has had a widespread success and can be found in several Arriva fleets and beyond. Arriva Midlands 2985 (YJ09LBK) is branded for the Derby - Burton X38 service pioneered by Stevensons.

 Arriva's first Alexander Dennis Enviro300s joined the Shires fleet for the former Sovereign 300 service which skirts outer London from Hemel to Stevenage. 3566 (KX09GYT) is seen arriving at SHOWBUS.

 3566 is displayed alongside the Shires 5438 (SN58EOK) an Enviro400 for the Aylesbury - Oxford 280 service. The Enviro400s displaced a fleet of Palatine II bodied Volvo Olympians off the 280.
