Former Dormobile bodied Freight Rover Sherpa MSR724 (D724PTU) is seen here as "John's Jolly Bus". The venue is Merthyr Tydfil Bus Station, the coach alongside belongs to Parfitts of Rhymney Bridge and the time is the late eighties at the height of the Merthyr bus wars.

Crosville DVG265 (HTU154N) passed to Emblings of Guyhirn which built up a large fleet of Bristol VRs, primarily for contract work. The bus is seen at Millennium Showbus with preserved Hampshire Bus VR 3315 (GLJ467N).

On Thursday & Saturdays Motts Yellow Bus operation took a bus on an Oxfordshire County Council contract from Henley to Russells Water. The route climbed a steep hill from Stonor to Russells Water via Maidensgrove where former Crosville Willowbrook bodied Leyland Leopard ELL33 (DDM33X) is paused in what could easily pass for an "enchanted forest".

Former DLB837 (XFM243), a 1956 Bristol LD6B originally ML831, is being used as a source of spares for other ex Crosville Lodekkas in the fleet of Green Bus of Rugeley, a company taken over by Midland Red in 1973.
